You Make My Heart Dance . . .

Happy Hump Day everyone!  I don't know about you, but it seems like summer vaca is no summer vaca for me & my family!  We've been on the go, go, go with little rest!  This weekend is no different.

Anyway, today is W.O.W. at the Farm Fresh Challenge Blog.  We have a wonderful sketch for you created by our fabulous Team Captain, Rach!  Here's her sketch:

I decided to flip the sketch around for my card.  Hey, notice anything new on my card?  Hmmm, hint . . . this sweetie luvs twirling and dancing!  No, it's not Ballerina Anya.  Meet Ballet Anya!  She is not available for purchase at this time, but she may be in the near future.  I got the privilege of playing with her --- ain't she a beauty?  :)  Marie is so on it with these wonderful Princesses and this dancing princess too!

The W.O.W. challenge is open until Tuesday; entries are due by 12 PM CST.  The winner is chosen by random draw and wins a free digi of choice!  Please upload your challenge cards/projects to TGF Galleria > Farm Fresh Challenges 2011 > Which One Wednesday > Sketch 5.  Good luck!  Thanks for coming by!  :)

It's Your Day Big Boy!

Today is Mystery Monday at Farm Fresh Challenge Blog.  I'm hosting it this week and I hope you'll be able to join us for a great CASE'ing!  :)

I've chosen Melyssa's card . . . her card just popped out and I luv all the fun, bright colors, not to mention the many layers of paper!  :)  Here's her card . . .

I hope I can do Melyssa justice!  Here's my card using Oh Boy Ian.  I didn't want to fiddle with the layout too much, just added different shapes to the layers.  I created this card for a friend's son who turned 1 last week.  His birthday party is coming up so thought I'd get a head start and make my card.  I hope he enjoys his BIG day!  :)

This is a close-up of Oh Boy Ian.  This was the first time I've used my new copic E87 and E81!  I blended it with YG95 & YG93 for Ian's pants.

The Monday CASE contest runs until Sunday, entries are due by 12 PM CST.  The winner is chosen by random draw and will win a free TGF single stamp of choice, so good luck!  Please post your cards in the TGF Galleria - Home > Farm Fresh Challenges 2011 > Mystery Mondays > Melyssa C.

Don't forget! You now have two ways to play! You can either CASE the card (as the DT has done below) OR you can use it as an inspiration piece. Meaning that you can make the same style of card, use the same colors, etc, just as long as we can tell that you got your ideas from the showcased card.  Thanks for stopping by today!

Because I'm The Princess - A Royal Fairy Tale . . .

This week is a little different here at the Farm Fresh Challenge Blog . . . we are playing along with Wednesday's Royal Challenge on The Greeting Farm's Blog which is "Fairy Tale Fun". For all the details, click {HERE}.  We are so excited to see what all you come up with :0)

Here is my card for the Royal Challenge.  I used this Princess from the Princess Collection No. 2.  Ain't she a beauty?  Ok, I'm no princess so I have to vicariously live my DREAMS through these wonderful images.  She's colored with copics and added a lot of stickle to her crown.  I know the color of her gown doesn't match the DP, but who cares!  The Princess can do no wrong and can do anything she wants BECAUSE SHE'S THE PRINCESS!  ;)

A close up.  I don't think you can see it in this picture, but I added RVOOO to her hair in the highlighted areas.

So, will you play along with us?  Just upload your creations to TGF Gallery>TGF CONTESTS/SPECIAL EVENTS>TGF Royalty>WEEK 1.  You have until Tuesday, June 7th at 8pm CST to upload your creations!   Thanks for stoppin' in!
