Looky here! - Part 2

Yesterday I posted the 2 cards I made for Paige & Brooke.  Today I'll post this . . .

I put together a mini album!  Paige & Brooke has 3 children each.  There is a page made for each child.   I { luv } my children & feel honored to be their mother.  I know that P & B's children mean the world to them!  Take a closer look at the albums.

A picture of the children can be placed on top of the designer paper.  P & B can journal or do whatever their hearts desire for their mini album.  I just luv, luv, luv the pop ups!  Okay, how did I do this?  I purchased a limited edition Santa's Workshop by QuickKutz from a local stamp store.  The kit has the die cuts to make mini albums - 4 different size album sets, folder insert set, spine set, page insert set, and other accessories to embellish your albums.  I had to test it out of course.  Plus, I purchased the extras . . . pop ups!  The ideas are endless!  I can't wait to create different things with this!

JOURNEY back tomorrow as I reveal how I'm presenting the cards & the mini album.

Looky here! - Part I

Look what came in the mail on Saturday . . .  it's my $20 gift card that I won over at Paige and Brooke!  Too bad we don't have Bath & Body Works here in Hawaii, but I will be travelling to Las Vegas in December.  Believe me, the gift card will be put to good use!

To show my thanks, I'm sending them a sweet "THANK YOU".  This is what they'll get in the mail from me!

Here's a Birthday Card that I made.  I used my corner punch, oval & oval scallop punch too.  Just used some cardstock and designer paper with some ribbon and brads.

Here is a Thank You Card.  I wanted to sew the trim for this pull out card.  Paige & Brooke enjoy sewing so I thought they might like this one.

Well, this is just a peak at what I put together for them.  JOURNEY back tomorrow and I'll reveal a little more.  I know you'll want to see what else I made!

* Post-Halloween *

I hope you had a chance to rest today.  1LuvnDad had to work yesterday so it was just me and the kids spending time with my brother, sister-in-law and niece.  A church in my old neighborhood held a Fall Festival.  I took the kids for some fun and games!  Shadow dressed up as Iron Man and Little Peony was a Ladybug.

The kids got to ride a train, jump in a bounce house, play fun games, swing on a carnival type swing & slide down a huge bouncy slide (only Shadow did this), strolled on the ponies, and ate some good food!  We had a great time, but Little Peony chose not to participate in any of the fun activities except for the eating portion of our night.

Anyway, I gave away a few goody bags and this is what I made . . .

I put it together really fast 'cause I had no time.  Me and my last minute ideas.  I had a template but changed the dimensions of the inner box to fit the Yogurtland gift card.   Oh, the recipients of this will JOURNEY into bliss!  Luv Yogurtland!
